All rooms are equipped with hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, TV, radio, safe, mini bar, direct dial telephone and lounge. At the ground floor all rooms have a balcony or a terrace; in the upper floors all rooms have a balcony. The Double Rooms have shower and the suites shower or bath tub. Internet access at the room is possible on request. Additionally we offer a wireless internet access at the lobby

Breakfast and dinner will be served at the winter garden or the pavilion. The lobby is appropriated best for the lunch or coffee and tee. You can enjoy the beautiful view to the unique landscape of the Alps from our restaurant or the sun terrace of the hotel. The convivial centre of our house is the hotel bar including the evening terrace. Here you can spoil yourself with a glass of champagne, a typical Bavarian beer or on of our tasty cocktails.

Additionally to the sight seeing tours in Fuessen (museums, castles, churches ect.) the town is an ideal starting point for a lot of interesting excursions to Innsbruck, Lindau, Munich and Augsburg (ca 100 km), to Oberstdorf, Garmisch, Oberammergau, Kempten and Kaufbeuern (ca. 50 km).

Travel information :

By car: A7 (highway) to Fuessen, at the end of the B310 (traffic light) turn right (direction Fuessen) in to the B16, after 50m (before the roundabout) left. Follow now the signs to the hotel Sommer (right at the lake Froggen). If you are coming from the castle Neuschwanstein or from Schwangau, turn at the first traffic light to the right and follow the road directly to the hotel. By train: The train station is located in the centre of the town.
