The town of Kitzingen (21.000 inhabitants) with its historic old town is located in the heart of the beautiful Franconian winegrowing country and can be reached easily via the A7 motorway ( exit Kitzingen) or the A3 motorway (exits Rottendorf or Schwarzach). The Hotel Kitzinger Hof (directly on the B8 federal highway) is just 5 minutes from the town centre.

All 11 double rooms, which can also be used as single or three-bed rooms are equipped with shower/WC, radio, ISDN telephone, cable TV and hairdryer, and some also have soundproof walls.

In our restaurant, "Gegners Weinkeller", beneath the hotel in the old vaulted cellar, we offer Franconian cuisine every evening from 5pm onwards. We almost exclusively use products from regional producers who use suitable farming, husbandry and production methods. We also offer fresh fish from the River Main ("Meefischli" speciality) depending on what our fishermen catch. We are also a member of the regional association "Weinfranken Schmecken" (Tastes of Franconian Wine). Our wine list includes a large selection of Franconian wines. We can also wine tastings and wine sales by prior arrangement.

The conference room in the vaulted cellar does not have daylight, but can offer modern conference facilities (overhead projector, projection screen, flipchart, TV, video, ISDN).

Cycle hire, well-signposted cyclepaths, indoor and outdoor swimming pools just 5 minutes from the hotel. Boating on the Main, walks in the area and also many sporting activities such as tennis, bowling and golf. Excursions to Würzburg, Rothenburg or Bamberg. Or the German Lent Museum, Patissiers Museum and a large range of cultural activities.
