Residencia Universitaria Jacinto Benavente is a student house with seventy rooms and a capacity of at least 114 beds divided into 12 flats. Each flat has got at least 3 bathrooms in the corridor and there are 11 rooms with private bathroom. Our student house has a big dining room with capacity for 80 people and it is always attended by three girls serving the customers. The prices have been designed for a person who is searching for a comfortable and clean place, well kept and attended. The office is attended 24 hours a day, for the customers convenience and safety. Our staff is young, highly motivated and with a deep sense of service and attention for the customer.
