A restored estate and lord’s house which has been transformed into a banquet and conference hotel, decorated with modern art in an historic, antique setting. We have 9 fully functional conference rooms with the most modern conferencing equipment and plenty of daylight. The Banquet Halls Reinach, Melchior and Cleopha with their lovely ambience under the light of beautiful chandeliers are the perfect place for your celebrations. Area information :

Freiburg-Munzingen, famous for its wine and asparagus, is located only 9 km from the center of Freiburg and just a few minutes from the A5 motorway Frankfurt-Basel. It lies directly at the foot of the well-known 'Tuniberg' vineyards, very close to the 'Kaiserstuhl' mountain.

Travel information :

By car: Autobahn A5 Frankfurt-Basel, exit Freiburg-Süd, follow road towards Tiengen, then continue on towards Munzingen. Make a left at the second traffic light after entering Munzingen. By public transportation: Take tram line #5 at the Freiburg Hauptbahnhof (main train station) to the stop 'Munzinger Strasse'. Then take bus #33 or #35 directly to the hotel main gate. Or, we’ll be happy to organize a taxi transfer for you. By plane: Airport Basel/Mulhouse. Ask for our taxi transfer to the hotel.
