The wellness area features a sauna, a steam, a recreation area, a gym, an outside terrace, solarium and sun beds. We offer parking for 12 vehicles right in front of our house and free of charge. Furthermore we have 202 parking spaces in the underground parking garage. The nine modern furnished conference rooms with a capacity of 50 sqm to 611 sqm are all on the ground floor. They are soundproofed and can be dimmed. Equipment: ISDN & analogous telephone circuit, latest conference technology such as beamer, TV and video camera, overhead projector, pin board, flip chart, slide projector, microphone and many more.

All rooms are equipped with satellite-TV, pay-TV, connection for analogous as well as ISDN circuit, wireless LAN connection, minibar, telephone, large desk and a couch to relax on.

There is an International restaurant at the hotel offering seats for up to 200 people plus 48 seats on the outdoor terrace, opened from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Our late-night 'Premiere Sportsbar' are at our guests disposal until 1 a.m.

Location: Our hotel is located close to the fairground Munich (800 m). The inner city of Munich can be easily reached by public transportation (the next station S6, stop 'Riem', is at 5 min walking distance). The airport 'Franz Josef Strauß' is located appr. 35 km north of the city. Due to the well established transport connection (freeway A 94 is just 400 m away from the hotel) our hotel can be easily reached.

Cancellation Policy :

All reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 6 p.m. on the date of arrival. During conventions or other big events cancellations can be made within 48 hours before date of arrival. After this time period we will charge 80% of the total costs when we are not able to re-sell the room(s). Please provide a credit card number with the date of expiry in case of arrival after 6 p.m.
