There are many hotels in Cologne. However none is comparable with the "Hayk hotel". The little pointed-roof house is situated in the old part of town directly at the Rhine-shore. Its modest size of barely four meters of width and twelve meters of depth admits only a few rooms on the three levels in each case. However, the motto is “small but fine". The guests appreciate the informal flair of the hotel and always like to come back.

The house equals in its present optics since beginning of the century beside the Deutzer bridge. Its foundations are more than 700 years old.

Room information :

Hotel Hayk has 6 double rooms which are also used as single rooms. 3 of the rooms have a great view on the river "Rhein". The rooms with Rhein-view have twin beds- and the rooms without Rhein-view one french-bed. In our apartments which belong to the hotel is place for up to 4 persons.

In the Old Town are many restaurants, bars and cafès.

Area information :

It takes a few minutes walk to the museums, Central Station, Dom (biggest cathedral of Cologne) and the famous chocolate-museum. The exhibition hallsand the Kölnarena are at the opposite side of the Rhein and can be reached by foot (20 minutes), tram (2 stations)or taxi.

Cancellation Policy :

7 days before day of arrival. During fair periods: until 21 days before day of arrival. If the room(s) should not be cancelled in time or the guest shoul not arrive, we have to charge 80% No-Show, during fair periods 100% No-Show.
