Cancellation must be received at least 2 days prior to arrival. In case of too late cancellation the hotel will charge the first nights accomodation. NO SHOW will be charged the full booking costs. During event peroids and fairs, cancellation must be received 4 weeks prior to arrival to avoid a charge of the full booking costs.
