Arrival by car: Take A1 to exit 33 - HH-Billstedt, follow direction Zentrum. In Eiffestrasse turn at the 5th. traffic light left into Borstelmannsweg, the hotel is on the left side. Arrival by train: Exit at Hamburg Hauptbahnhof (Central Station), from there take bus line 112 direction Braune Brücke, bus stop Schadesweg is directly in front of the hotel. By Air: Either by taxi or take the airport shuttle bus to Hauptbahnhof and from there the public transport, as discribed.

Cancellation Policy :

24 hours before date of arrival. During trade fair periods or special events 72 hours before arrival. In case of later cancellations or no show, the price one night will be charged.
