Welcome to the AKZENT Hotel Bergwirt in Herrieden! Our Landgasthof Bergwirt has been run by our family since 1880 and it is now the 4th generation that follows its tradition. By rebuilding and restoring the "Gasthof zum Gruenen Baum", as the village guest house once was called, modern standards and equipment has been adjusted.

Our hotel offers 64 rooms with a total of 130 beds. A honeymoon room, a handicapped accessible room, the suite Las Vegas and a family apartment will comfort you. All rooms are equipped with shower/WC and TV - including telephone and internet access.

Our restaurant "Der Bergwirt" We will spoil you with Franconian, Bavarian and International specialties - served in the patio, the 'Ofenstube' or in the room with a fire place! Area information :

Herrieden Cosy little town at the upper Altmuehl with a history of 1200 years. Visit the Baroque church with its great interior designed by Gabriel de Gabrieli. Herrieden offers ideal leisure activities (indoor and outdoor pool, miniature golf, tennis, horse riding). Enjoy picturesque walking and hiking tours (10 min from the hotel).

Travel information :

Hotel Bergwirt is in the south of Ansbach (10 km), centrally located in the middle of Frankonia/ Bavaria and can easily be reached with the motorway A6 Heilbronn-Nuremberg, exit Herrieden.

Cancellation Policy :

Cancellation free of charge until 6 pm on the day prior the date of arrival. In case of later cancellation, no-show or earlier departure the AKZENT hotels will charge a cancellation fee of 80% of the whole booking.
